Program Description
Target: Standard Chinese Language Program (Enrollment in April) is designed for students who plan to enroll in April. Students will be placed into classes of different levels of the Standard Chinese Language Program based on placement test results. The curriculum and weekly class schedule are the same as the Standard Chinese Language Program except for the enrollment date.
Program Duration: April 1, 2024- June 28, 2024.
*13 weeks in total. In case of Chinese public holidays and school activities, classes will be suspended. Students will be noticed to register online and take placement test before the semester begin.
Class hours: 8:30 am to 11:45 am Beijing time from Monday to Friday, 4 class hours per session (45 minutes=1 class hour), and 20 class hours per week.
Fees: Application fee 800 RMB; tuition fee 7000 RMB/semester.
Textbooks: "Basic Chinese 40 Courses", "Developing Chinese", "Times Chinese Newspaper Reading Tutorial", etc. The specific cost will be borne by oneself according to the class division.
Program Features
Small Class: Less than 24 people per class.
Various Courses: ECNU outstanding Chinese teaching team, face to face to improve your Chinese with equal emphasis on listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Graded Course: 12 grades of course provided which exactly match students’ Chinese proficiency levels.
Completion Certificate: Transcript and certificate of completion will be issued to students who successfully complete the course.

6. Supporting Documents: Certificate of Good Conduct
Provided by your current/previous school/company in Chinese/English to improve your success rate.
